ATTENTION!

The megashares affiliate pages are currently down while we re-vamp the service.

IT WILL BE BACK!!!

Some of the things we are working on:

1) Ability to earn points for any registered user signups (referred by you)... this includes FREE signups.
2) Earn a *percentage* of points for premium signups (instead of a flat rate). Example: 6month earns more than 1month.
3) You will now have specific URL's you can give to your firends to ensure that you get the referral credit.
4) More stats reporting (in myms).
5) Automatic "click to turn in points for a free month" (from inside your myms).
6) Many more features...

Please bear with us as we make these changes. In the meantime, your accounts are still accumulating points.

MegaShares has instituted an affiliate program.

MegaShares success comes from our users.
Some users with high traffic sites can earn over 10,000 points a day!
It's FREE to join.

How to earn points:

There are then point levels you must reach:

At 10,000 points, you hit Level #1.

At 25,000 points, you hit Level #2.
- .
At 75,000 points, you hit Level #3.
- .

Once you reach your goal level:

If you have over 25,000 cache points (have hit at least "level #2") and would like to participate in the payout program, you must setup your PayPal account information, by clicking "Update Profile" in your My Megashares account, and entering your PayPal address in the "Payment Email" field.

All unused points will rollover to the next month until you have enough to turn in for a payout.

You can earn unlimited amounts per month.

We have a few users who earn $600+ per month. (FYI- Those users are owners of large/popular sites, and work hard at it... don't expect it to be easy.)

Staff says the affiliate program is getting revamped and a new look. All points are still accumlated as normal. So don't worry

We halted work on it last week when paypal froze our account. As soon as the paypal mess is sorted (they have temporarily frozen our account) then we will get it back up as soon as possible.

Your points *are* still accumulating during this time.

So my question is........do we have to wait for the whole pay pal thing to get fixed before we get a pay out???????????...or can I be expecting a payout in the next few day's ????............I could really use the loot about now!!!

never depend on money you don't have...paypal is still giving them a hassle (i have over 100k points)im not gonna get mad or cry if i dont get a payout i totally understand the situation

paypal will limit them for 6 months and then ban them completely. The general filehost business model is based on people uploading things that dont belong to them, and that is why paypal will never support them in the future.

My guess anyway, i may be wrong

I just love this host. But lets be honest here. Most of the "Uploader" upload for money. I myself really needed the boost this month to keep my motivation up. Now in my honest opinion, please fix affiliate payment before all of them went to another host. It's really bad for Megashares and it's premium member.

Simple Question
Is the reason why we are not receiving payment because of the paypal issue?
I understand that we can't send payment in respect of a 3 month or 6 month package - but not sure why our catch points can't be offset against a 6 month package in the meantime.

paypal has ms on a limited account not allowing 3 and 6 month subs and when your on a limited account you can't take funds out to pay for the affiliates..this is frustrating to ms and all of us...This has nothing to do with megashares at all,,, it's paypal doing this....SIMPLE ANSWER

Yes it could be a nice solution for now until things are fixed with paypal to
exchange at least a part of your points for a renewal as long as you are eligible for M1 status.

PS. I saw today a coming soon addition to the 3/6 month options where there was nothing before.. This can't be bad news..

I forwarded it... it's out of my control right now.

I am aware that the affiliate program has been down for a while now, but that's because of the PayPal issues that we still don't have resolved yet.
